Maa Hotel And Suites - Hurlingham, Nairobi

The cottage cheese at the hotel's restaurant was a hidden gem, creamy with a good zing-the perfect pick-me-up! Plus, the nearby Pablos (0.3 km) had fabulous local eats, made my culinary heart sing. The staff were super cute.

The only hiccup was the outside noise. Coming from Europe, I wasn't used to the calls for prayer from the nearby mosque. Though it was a bit loud, it added to the local vibe, so I couldn't complain too much!

The room felt spacious and clean, with a large washroom and shower area. The finishing of the wardrobes added a nice touch. Staff like Koome impressed me. He was attentive and helped me at the buffet when I felt too tired to get my own food. Yvonne at the reception was also great, clarifying any billing questions I had. The ambience of the hotel was cute, and the food served was delicious. There were definitely areas for improvement. The pillows were subpar, lacking the expected hotel quality. Bedside rugs seemed dirty and worn-out, which took away from the room's appeal. While most staff were friendly, I encountered some who seemed untrained and unenthusiastic at times. Room service was inconsistent, sometimes taking longer than expected to answer calls. The mini bar issue took over three hours to resolve. I appreciate the good aspects of my stay, but these details should be addressed .

The spaciousness, the cleanliness, the cute staff was excellent.

SUPER FRIENDLY staff, jaw-dropping food, clean room with a flat-screen TV, and 24-hour security!

Convenient luggage storage and 24-hour reception were great, but the restaurant service was slow.

The garden area is beautiful! The restaurant has this lovely outside seating that just adds to the whole vibe, you know? I spent a whole evening there just soaking it in!

Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It feels safe and offers great value for money. I truly enjoyed my time there and would love to return.

Mosque nearby starts at 5:30. Woken up almost every morning.

The room had air conditioning, an electric kettle, and a tv. The view was lovely. I loved the fitness facilities. The fitness/spa locker rooms were a nice plus. The ambiance was classy and cute. The staff were supportive, offering help whenever needed. The cleanliness impressed me a lot.

had a delightful time at a new location in Nairobi with exceptional breakfast variety, attentive staff, and great value for money. the gym surpassed expectations and secure luggage storage was a helpful touch.
